Voluntary Students
All registered Undergraduate students taking six (6) or more credit hours, Graduate or professional students taking at least one (1) graduate-level course who are in good academic standing and making appropriate progress toward graduation, and students enrolled in the ClemsonLIFE Program are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan on a voluntary basis.
Mandatory Students
All Graduate students enrolled in nine (9) or more credit hours in an on-campus or blended delivery program, all students classified as Graduate assistants and all International students with an F1 or F2 visa are able to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan or provide proof of other comparable coverage for a waiver.
