Voluntary Students
All registered Undergraduate students taking six (6) or more credit hours; Graduate or professional students taking at least one (1) graduate-level course, in good academic standing and making appropriate progress toward graduation; and students enrolled in the ClemsonLIFE Program are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan on a voluntary basis.

Mandatory Students
All graduate students enrolled in nine (9) or more credit hours in an on-campus program at all campus locations; All students classified as graduate assistants; and all international students are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan.

This coverage is intended for students who have completed their degree plan and successfully graduated from Clemson University. Enrollment and premium for Continuation of coverage must be received prior to the termination of current Student Health Insurance Plan coverage.
